CC, that salad looks really nice. Don't know how I missed it. Thanks for the link.
Made a double lot of Unis SOS chicken stock powder. 1/2 for daughter,  I freeze it.
Made Ral fudge. Too sweet for me, thank heavens.
Today making Tomato jam, sausage rolls and spag Bol. Bread, probably Cookies Vienna and Broich buns to have filed with crumbed chicken and coleslaw. Vienna loaf for curried egg sandwiches.

Read a new way to poach eggs.
Take a 1 cup volume Microwave safe cup.
Add 1/2 cup cold water.
Crack egg into cup, make sure submerged .
Cover with saucer,
Cook in Microwave for 1 minute at 1000 power.
Strain to remove water.
1 soft poached egg. I like mine well set but not hard so cook for 1.10 minutes.

Didn't get all made but very happy with what I did.
Chilli jam and the buns from Paul Hollywoods book Bread. These I converted to TMX and are part of the 'Savoury Brioch Couronne recipe that I posted.
It made 8 cooked in crumpet rings and 6 smaller ones cooked in a muffin top tray.
We will have a bun , lightly toasted and filled with a chicken schnitzel and cold slaw for Dinner.
I have been impatient to try making these since having a Broich roll with Lobster at a cafe recently.

I love how you create recipe ideas from food you've tasted in restaurants etc Chookie. They look delicious.

I've only made chicken soup today, it's pretty cold at night here now.

Will take TMX to PO tomorrow. Then we will be at Cherokee for a few days so won't miss it so much.
These buns are so light and tasty.  I have given daughter the 6 small ones and have frozen 6. These are very rich but don't feel like it. Will certainly make them again.

Obbie, I'm going to post the recipe as it is easy and very nice.
Just had a Buioche roll with mayo, avo, KFC snicker schnitzel and lettuce. The roll was frozen and reheated beautifully.

Just saw the soup being demonstrated on the Mary Berry TV show CC. I like her shows since she is generous in sharing all her little tricks and tips.
