So true Chookie. I'm missing it. I'm sick of poly styrofoam bread and food full of additives. At the formal dinners there seems to be so much fat used that I am awake half the night with heartburn. I mustn't complain though as it is nice not to have the dishes to do.

It sounds nice Denise.  I have to hit the freezer for some meals this week, it doesn't take long to fill up.

Robyn it must be lovely to have lots of people to enjoy your cooking.

DD made her first loaf of bread in the thermomix today. She sent me a photo and it looks pretty good. It's lovely to see that I have converted her from shop bought bread. She is apparently having a roasted cauliflower and goat's cheese pie for dinner. It sounds rather tasty.

An amazing list of cooking, Robyn.  Where do you get the time to do all that!?

Cookie, that is Excellent that DD has made her first loaf in the TMX.
My DD has been slow to fully use the TMX but GD uses it.
DIL, Wendy who many met at our Yum Cha cooking class, loves her TMX. Uses it all the time.
