I had a bit of a bread fest this weekend. I made a rye and caraway loaf, a white loaf and another overnight sourdough. I also made a chocolate rice bubble slice and Lady Flo's biscuits dusted with vanilla sugar http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=9286.0. We were out of icecream, so I made a batch of vanilla and a strawberry variation of my yoghurt icecream http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12736.0

Only a loaf of bread here today. Taking DD to work and picking her up cuts cooking time down a fair bit.

Also made Crepes.  I like the recipe in the 31 EDC book much better than the one in the 5 book. It makes 12 large crepes.

A bit of a taxi today. Me to the podiatrist, he was running late and his Hicaps thing was down so had to pay by credit card, pick DD up from work, drive her to the specialist over the river, take her back to work and then pick her up when she is finished. Mum's taxi is back in use. ;D ;D

Cookie, you really are busy.  Just be glad you are not driving in Melbourne traffic.
Today converted one of my all time fav recipes. Coquilles Saint-Jacques, or in Aussie language, Scallops and mushrooms in cream and wine sauce.
Will post recipe later .

Delicious looking icecream ES.

Cookie, your bread and crepes look good, as does the scallop dish.  Yummmm  :) :)
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
