I've been following her too, thanks to Chookie. My bread has been completed. I haven't tasted either yet but they both look good.

Your bread looks good Cookie as does your baked ricotta Chookie.  I also follow her blog, there are some lovely recipes there.

We had one of the seeded Ciabiatta with our Potato and Cauliflower soup tonight. It is delicious, and I was thrilled that it even had the Ciabiatta holes through it. I'll definitely be making this one again.
Haven't tried the loaf yet.

No cooking in Thermo here tonight, hot home from DD's and Thermo wouldn't switch on. DH tested power outlet, not that. Looks like a trip to HO tomorrow.
