Kimmy it was a great experience and one I would recommend to anyone. I'll write up my experience in the holiday thread.

I made some scrolls this afternoon. One end had spinach and feta, the middle was chilli pesto, ham and cheese and the end ham, and cheese.

Adapted another recipe.  This one from jocooks.com. Basically Apple Crumble with a cake base. Cake base and crumble made in TMX

Ceramic dish, 26 x 20 cm, took nearly one hour.
9 to 12 serves.
Could be made ahead.
