Butternut,Cannellini Bean and Coconut Soup.
I muddled the recipe and thought I had to roast the butternut squash in the oven first :-)) :-)) Not so.Anyhow I carried on adding the cooked butternut squash with the rest of the veg to sauté together.By the time I added the beans and coconut milk it was way past the one litre mark so I added a tin full of water to the TM jug. It's a thick soup once pureed so I added another 100g of water.
DS and I enjoyed it for lunch.

Still working my way through the Seville Oranges I bought. A twist on the recipe :D
Whisky Marmalade

Also working my through my freezer.Found some frozen Strawberries so made jam.

I did the prep in the TM then popped Chicken Chassuer in the slow cooker.Used up some of the chicken found in the freezer ;)

It looks as if you're having a bit of a freezer clean-out there Denise.  I've bought the zucchinis to make soup, will do so whilst the window cleaner is doing his thing.

A perfect little loaf for the 2 of you Chookie.  I haven't made any fruit bread in my SC yet.

CC you have been a busy girl. It all looks lovely. Chookie the bread looks perfect, I wouldn't have much to tempt me.
You all inspire me, but I will be waiting for a cooler day. I want to make some fruit leather but will wait until the temperature drops to about 32 or less.

Cookie,  that is just too hot,  16 here now, 3 pm.
Thought I'd make the Coconut Sorbet. They had fresh coconut cream at the Supermarket, marked down . Limes a bit stale so added a squeeze of lemon juice.
Bought. 2 Peking duck breasts, can't be bothered making the pancakes so going to use wraps cut into 4.
