I must be mad.  I cleaned out a drawer of the freezer today and found lots of berries from last season.  We were given a very large bunch of rhubarb so made berry and rhubarb jam.  Odd combination.  Very nice.

Tomorrow and Christmas Eve are my big days as we have a cold Christmas meal. Today I have made some more of DJ's Small Fruit Loaf. This one has molasses, goji berry mix and cashews in.

A nice piece of locally produced corned beef from the Glenorie growers market, slow cooked to perfection (hopefully  ;D)

Tonight I cooked dinner for the first time since my surgery. It was an easy dish - pulled beef cooked in the slow cooker using the recipe Judy gave me. We had it with tortillas and salad, DH said it was lovely. It was good to finally do something useful.

I know exactly how you feel Katie. I was bored out of my brain.
