Yummy looking breads, Cookie and Judy. Nice cake, Astarra 😃

Major cooking today from school drop off until pick up. Almost felt like Astarra, Chookie et al when they get into their superwoman mode 😁

Hubby's birthday is on Friday, and we have relatives coming over. Made ILB choc cake - looks lopsided. Will have to figure out how to get a tallish cake after knocking off some of the bits. Will do that tonight.

Judy's caramelised onion tarts are on the menu too. Will freeze them for Friday.

Choc muffins for boys' afternoon tea. Simple to make and I didn't have to wash bowl after making cake. Sausage rolls, because I had leftover puff pastry from the tarts. Will pack them for the boys' lunch tomorrow.

Tonight I roasted some pumpkin, carrots, potatoes, onions and an apple, added it to the TMX with some water, vegemite and curry powder - a nice thick curried pumpkin soup was the end product.

Yum.  Judy the rings Chookie uses are perfect. Sadly I paid $6.99 for each set of two, not like Chookie's $1.79. It must be living in the West. :-\ :-\ :-\ They are fantastic though.
