Thanks for the lovely comments. Almost all of the loaf was consumed at the meeting last night.  There was 11 of us. We finished our meeting about 10 or so and sat round talking and eating for a while. Great fun.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Made these today.
Bron's Spanish Vegetable Stock Concentrate.
Chicken Stock Concentrate. Used Jo's version,half way down on page 1.
QFITT Salmon Patties. I'd forgotten how good they are ;D

Lovely cooking ladies.
Value Added bread and Traditional English muffins from new bread book.  They don't look very good.  Will try them for breakfast and report back.   Think I will probably stick to my SD ones which are cooked in pan on stove.  These look like 1/2 way between a scone and bread.

Astarra that looks lovely. Congratulations on the SD bread Judy. Try Chookie's Raisin and walnut crumpets. They are so quick and easy and use 1cup of SD starter a time. They are deadly as they are so nice.
