Gert,  that looks beautiful.  I am closer so will beat Jen to get to try it.
Have just made cauliflower soup.  Thin but has plenty of flavour.  No potato or cream.  5.2 recipe.  Made croutons in air fryer. Ral can have these with it if he wants.

Gert it certainly looks full of flavour. I'm glad that it worked out for you.
I made some of Chookie's Raisin and Walnut SD crumpets. They are so easy and ever so tasty.

What a beautiful  looking loaf. I love Rye bread. I rarely make bread in the Thermo, only use my breadmaker once a week. DH doesn't eat much bread, and I know I would eat it all. Hats off to all you avid bread makers, I really admire all the loaves you turn out.

Uni, that does look good.
Today I am cooking pork ribs for the first time ever.  Will see how they turn out. We bought them from an organic pig farm near Echuca.

We had some friends over last night and I made Chilli & lemongrass grilled squid for entree, Bourbon Ribs, Green Apple Slaw for mains, all from Nico's book (alongside garlic bread, and they bought another salad) Then finished it off with my pineapple cheesecake slice. They loved it. I couldn't be bothered doing the dishes when they left so I'm dealing with that now  :-))
