Made it in the AF 4 diced onions and 2 carrots cover with oil, i think the temp was 150 for 1/2 hour

Uni you have been very busy and the food looks lovely. I made nothing today but DD kept the kitchen occupied baking a few bits and pieces.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Great cooking ladies.
I've made another ILB chocolate cake today and together with Maddy's awesome chocolate buttercream, turned it into this.....for a friends son.

Just broken into small florets and cooked until very dark brown. I bought Pete Evans "healthy Everyday" , he mentions it in there and says the trick is to leave it long enough.  I tend to use 200 for most AF ing . Worth a try.
