The ankle biters will love those Jamberie.

I've made bread and some long rolls for a sausage sizzle tomorrow night.

I made Tenina's Almond and Cranberry Granusli for the first time. I knew there was a reason I have never made it before. It will be very difficult not to just eat it all by the spoonful.

I also made a batch of Umami paste, and peanut butter. Then made some rissoles and mash for dinner.

I haven't done much cooking lately, this has been a big day for me.

I know what you mean DD. I find that a lot of mine disappears on the bench before I put it away. I like to make sure it's completely cool. If we are out and take a packed lunch we always take a small container of this as a snack.

Today I made Busterman's 4 C biscuits. For ages I have been trying to copy a biscuit that I had at a trendy cafe. No luck. Today made these lovely biscuits and they are just like the ones I have been trying to make. Thank you so much Busterman's for an easy to make and delicious biscuit.
While I made 24 Sour Dough Crumpets for the Farmers Market tomorrow, I made the above biscuits.
I will be cooking rice later in the TMX, to have with the pork neck cooking in Asian sauce in the SC.

That's great Chookie, it's one thing you can cross off your list.  I've put the link to the recipe in your post.

Thanks Judy for doing the link.
While awake last night came up with a good idea for making a soft butter. How I love the TMX. Beat 250 g of room temperature butter with 150 g of sour cream texture Kefir at. 45 degrees.
Took a photo but can't post it as it might upset things again. Will post later on my Blog.

Chookie I have taken the liberty of posting the link to your blog with the photo. It is sad to miss out on the photo. http://achookwoman.blogspot.com.au/

I made Kale/Basil Pesto this morning, really wasn't in the cooking mood but has the Basil & Kale in the fridge and needed to use it. It makes enough for 6 lots of Zucchini noodles with pesto stirred through.DH made pumpkin soup. Neither of us have much appetite at the moment with this bug we have.
