I made two fruit cakes today and two cottage pies.

My GF is overseas at the moment in Ireland so I will take one of the cakes and the small cottage pie down to her DH.  I am sure he is surviving alright but a bit of home cooked food might be nice. :D

That looks tasty Chookie. At the moment I would need to take out a bank loan to buy one. I'm sure it will be cheaper at home and once winter arrives.

Very nice, . cauliflower still has a little texture. Batter is light cheesy but does not over power cauliflower.

Cookie, paid $4 for this Cauliflower . But only used 1/2 for 3 serves, so not too bad. Could probably make 4 serves.

Your caluiflower bake looks nice Chookie.

Cauliflowers were $6.75 here last week.  Needless to say I didn't buy one.

Today I made some Oven Baked Vegetable Spring Rolls from a diabetic magazine.  I chopped the veg in the tmx and baked them in my easy cook oven.  There should be eight but DH had to a taste test, he gave them the tick of approval.  Also made Spinach & Ricotta Canalloni from a Steph Berg recipe.
The Chickpea Bacon & Fetta Patties were made yesterday.
