The noodles will certainly be made again and again.  I like that they can be prepared ahead, mixed with a little oil and reheated in a pan.
The Anzac thins are certainly better than what you can buy, very easy to make in TMX, Ral liked them , but I don't think as nice as my recipe with or without the Macadamia nuts. So won't post recipe.

This is what I made today from leftovers. Helene's egg noodles, 2 eggs, leftover Korean Beef Casserole and Panko crumbs.  Zapped the Casserole in TMX, with eggs ,  added noodles and bread crumbs by hand to form patties which cooked in non stick pan . Nice with a squeeze of lemon.
Also still making Cumquat jam.
Have I said I love this recipe. !

Looks delicious chookie.
Made cauliflower and broccoli soup with cheese and bacon bread balls for lunch, yo yo's and Anzac biscuits for afternoon tea, roast pork with smashed potatoes and veg for dinner and pancakes for dessert. And watched the pies beat the bombers. A great day all round

Those melting moments look fantastic. Kimmy your biscuits are all such a uniform size, how do you do it?
I made bread, Anzacs and Pepper Steak Pies.

Thanks cookie,  your cooking looks fabulous. For the Anzacs, I roughly scoop amounts up with my tablespoon. Helps keep them similar size.

Nice baking Kimmy and Chookie, I love things made with leftovers.  Patties are ideal.

Missed your photo cookie, what a great cooking session you had.  Which recipe did you use in your new bread gadget?

Great cooking everyone. I'm finally back to reality after 1 week at Eden Health retreat. Just at the airport and not looking forward to getting back to reality in a few hours. The week has been a fantastic experience.

Kimmy which recipe do you use for your Anzacs?

How do you feel after the retreat Wonder, any benefit?

Sorry Hally, I only use my laptop to transfer photos to the forum and that process hasn't changed.

Made 2 new recipes today, one very easy and delicious, the other tastes nice but a fiddle to make.  I kept yelling for Kimmyh.  She would have found the folding of the dough a breeze.
And finished the Cumquat Marmalade.
