Michele,  if you were closer you could have a Vegan dinner.  Most welcome.

Chookie how did you use your zucchini flower in the bread please? It sounds fascinating. Kimmy the finger buns look amazing, the best I have ever seen.

nice buns kimmy, you don't see them looking like that in bakeries. Maybe I will make some as well on the weekend - were they the London sticky buns here on the forum?

Finger buns look great; I will be interested to hear about the arthritis and gluten free as I am sure DH would like to be pain free.

I used this recipe CP and added 1 cup of sultanas in last 1 minute of kneading (my machine doesn't chop up sultanas like she says it does in the recipe). http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/baking-sweet-recipes/basic-sweet-bun-dough/227316
Really impressed with how soft they are. I also used my French stick tins and made into 12 buns.

Wow Kimmy, I am so impressed with those finger buns!  Where did you get your French stick tins from?

I will give those buns a try; seem to have lost my cooking mojo at the moment and am just throwing dinner together.
