I made a huge apple and sultana cake yesterday. DH took half to work today, and said it went down well.

Sorry about the huge photo of the huge cake!  Tapatalk doesn't seem to have an option to let me resize.

I made some more bread today and some Choccy Chip cookies. The freezer in the van is full of bread now. Anything to avoid buying too much shop bread.
