After the fruit cake I made some Hokkaido Milk bread for the latest challenge. It is in the oven at the moment. I also made Bedlam's easy Apple Pie. I love the biscuity pastry.

We had 3 extra for dinner last night. I did Karens pulled pork, always delicious. My almost instant apple pie. I put a small piece of fillet of beef in the AF, did it for 40 minutes probably should have been 30-35 was very impressed and fantastic as my oven was full. left over pie!

When we travel,  I look out for interesting food stuffs that I can replicate in the TMX.   A weekend away and I came home with 2 packets.  One was"Japanese 7 Spice"  mix which I have made and topped the potato chips with. Will publish recipe as could be used in many ways.  The other was the Spanish, Torta de Aceite,  wafer biscuits.  Will make these when I have a moment.

Also made a Korma paste which I am marinating a shoulder of lamb in for tomorrow.  This is for the Challange.

Great cooking girls.
Bedlam you should edit your apple pie recipe to include the photo of your leftover piece. It looks so delicious and people can see what it should look like!
Today I made Irish brown yeast bread, 30 second lemon loaf from TRTLMT, and almond coconut steamed puddings.
