I was looking for a melting moments recipe & stumbled on these. Can't believe I'd forgotten about them, for some reason I haven't printed the recipe to put in my folder. Made them today, delish!

I thought I'd copy snappy's tweak here from another thread.

"I reduce the flour by 30 grams and substitute 30 grams cocoa.  I then add a couple of pinches of Himalayan pink salt.  And then I give them the super glamorous name of salted chocolate melting moments!"

Thanks snappy, it won't get lost now  ;)
