Thanks for bumping this, I've not noticed it before and we are planning on making waffles this weekend so will give this recipe a go.

Raevin, glad you liked them.  Hope you are enjoying your TMX.  I recently made a Turkish Carrot cake and used Coconut oil in this .   The difficulty with the flour is that it needs a lot of eggs to make a successful cake.

I still haven't bought a waffle iron. One day! No waffle iron means a few less calories as I love them.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Yum! Thanks for bumping, I must try this one. I make Quirky Jo's Blender Batter Waffles, but I always forget to do the batter the night before I need it for breakfast. This would be a good substitute.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
