I'm going with my daughter  8 Smiley Wish I could tell you what colour top I'd be wearing so we can meet, but I haven't decided yet (not that I'm spoilt for choice). I am so looking forward to it!

I decided I wouldn't go when I read about it and now I'm wishing I hadn't. Oh well, learn by our stupidity.

My DD is 21 and stunning - I'm medium height, brown hair, hazel eyes, not skinny, and I wear rimless glasses  Cheesy Cheesy

Was just reading my first reply and I said my daughter was 8 (typo!!!) and then I say she is 21 - you must be thinking you had better stand back and see if you spot the crazy one before asking if she is Cream Puff  Grin

CP63, I thought you perhaps had a very expanded family with a DD 8 and another 21.

Yes, the 'slightly' overweight person trying to appear slightly more thinner. Deception of the eye being the method that requires the least amount of effort.  Grin Grin

It was a really good demo and learnt a few great little tips, but was famished by the end as the samples were miniscule eg. a tablespoon of parsnip mash with one little prawn on top, tablespoons of basil sorbet, handful of nuts, a cracker with salmon dip, and a profiterole. What we had was deelishus, and we are certainly going to be making up the recipes. Nico has a very relaxed manner about cooking which is great to see, and shows that cooking doesn't have to be a stressful affair.

I'm glad it was good. I enjoy his style of imparting knowledge too, he makes it fun.  Did you go to his demo last year?
