The aim of this ice cream is being eaten it immediately!!
It is so great because of that!

I make it before dinner - put it immediately in the cups and in the freezer - just waiting to be devoured :D :D

Hi Magan!!
You may do it will all kind of frozen fruits!
One day I did it with Honeymelon and I loved it too!
I think the way of doing it is so great and you can adapt it to every taste.

It's also similar to Bron's (?) strawberry foam.

Oh, my goodness! This is impressive.
I had 5 hungry children at my house after school today, and needed something quick. I had heaps of strawberries in the freezer, so I quickly searched the forum and found this recipe. In no time at all, we had plenty of smooth, airy and yummy ice creams all round.
I made this in my ThermoChef, and didn't make any adjustments to the stated speeds, and I was amazed at the end result.

I think this is the reason why I haven't tried this - is there a difference?

Yes CP this is very similar to the EDC fruity dream. I made it today and the boys and I liked it better than the fruity dream. It seems lighter. Think it's the extra egg whites.

This recipe is also Beautiful if you use 400gms frozen mango pieces in place of raspberry.
When mangoes are cheap, I buy up the big ones, you get exactly 400gms from a large mango. If you live in the a Perth area The Spud Shed is the place to go for cheap sweet mangos.
