Making this again today for our Boxing Day picnic lunch. I also bought myself a pineapple peeler / corer for Xmas so will give it a try - hopefully will get enough juice naturally for the salad. If there's not enough juice I'll just whiz some pineapple in the TMX and all should be fine, but I really don't think you can go wrong with this recipe.

Like Kimmy, after hearing about everyone's rave reviews I just had to make this one too.
I especially liked being able to chop the veggies whilst the pasta was cooking, I'm all for multi tasking
