Thunder Cake Drop Scones - Nifty but Thrifty p19

Very quick and easy to make. Because of the rolled oats this is a very thick mix that makes a very thick 'pikelet'. I wasn't sure if I forgot to put the sugar in as it seemed to lack some sweetness, so the topping needed to have this.
