I only used a small wheel of Brie as there was only 5 of us and I did a ½ quantity of the dressing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I served it with some of the Black Rice rolls, cut up and dried in the oven. They went together very well. Any biscuit or cracker would be fine, though fairly bland ones would be best so that you get the taste of the brie and dressing.

Looks lovely cookie. Noticed the new Festive Flavour cookbook has one that is almost identical to the one in Tenina's calendar, but a couple of subtle differences  ;) I think I will keep it in mind the next time we have guests over as it looks simple but a little different to the usual dip & crackers

I love the idea of melted brie oozing out of that wheel cookie.  Perfect for visitors.
