New Challenge
« on: August 15, 2015, 12:31:19 pm »
After Katie made her Polenta Chips ( http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=320.26655) I thought it would be nice to have a new challenge. Judy and CC agreed.

Here is a new challenge for us all. Make and review something from an early thermomix book, eg Meat on the Menu, Seafood Bounty, A Taste of Vegetarian, Healthy Eating with Cyndi O'Meara, a Taste of Asia, Gluten Free Wheat Free cooking or any other I can't remember. Or perhaps one of the earlier calendars if you have them.
If you don't have any of these books make and review something from the EDC or the book you received when you purchased your thermomix.

I hope you enjoy looking for and trying some new recipes.
Judy and CC please add or subtract from the post if I have missed something. Thanks.

They're the small spiral bound books cookie, what about the bigger ones?

I've plenty of time to browse recipe books at the moment so I did just that after cookie posted this challenge.  I went for the Seafood Bounty book because there have not been many reviews from this book.

These challenges are great and stop me doing the same old thing all the time. Thanks for taking the time to put them up and get us inspired again.

I love it when these challenges are so easy to make because you have everything on hand. This was my lunch today.

Judy, that looks lovely. I'm not cooking much as I hope to go to Melbourne Friday morning. I'll have to do mine when I get back.
