Cauliflower Cheese Page 186 UK TM5 Basic Cookbook
I halved the quantities of this recipe. It was plenty for 2 generous servings. I wondered if it would make any difference to the chip timings but I did not change them and followed the chip and everything came out fine. The sauce was just right and the cauliflower spot on! The next time I make this, I will have to remember to make a soup whilst the cauliflower is steaming as I hate wasting 25 minutes on just boiling water to generate steam.

Lovely for a cool evening. It looks very appetising.
