Cookie, we love you to bits when you put up such glowing reviews of our classes and food!
Thank you xx

Nerissa and I just want to help people use their Thermomix. We have an amazing machine that can do so much, and we just want to use it!
We are all busy, have so much on in one way or another and our main idea is to just get good healthy (and some not so good and healthy!) easy food on the table without too much fuss. We also don't want to have to search high and low for special ingredients. So I must admit we don't do anything "out there", we keep it fairly simple, but tasty.

Plus we have fun, and if we can't have a laugh while I'm glugging and sploshing in ingredients and Nerissa is meticulously weighing everything - then what is the whole point?!

Cookie - I should have pointed my spotty horse out to you - he was up in the paddock, you couldn't really miss him! The other horse is a bay (brown!) no spots.

It was an "intimate" class! So much so, that Nerissa and I could sit and eat with everyone, which did make it really nice. It meant that we could chat and listen to you all... that bit is always good - instead of us talking all the time! I am not too sure why we didn't get more guests for this class, but maybe Tuesdays are not the day.

Nerissa and I are having a planning day next week, and we will be changing our days from class to class. A couple of ideas in the wind are a "curries from all over", "winter warmers" and more.

And Cookie - thank you for such a generous offer for people to come with you if they are interested from south of the river. Car pooling is a good idea!

We forgot to take photos too - must remember at the next class.

Thanks again Cookie.  :-*

It is my absolute pleasure Nikki and Nerissa.
I don't tell fibs....... ;D ;D ;D ;D I loved your class again and think of the disruption we could cause of we had a car load from the southern suburbs.

Glad you enjoyed the class Cookie. Was there any mention of future classes and what the theme may be?
I definitely would like to attend others if the day is suitable. You are a great driver by the way, and I would always be happy to share a ride, or drive others also.

I am looking forward to coming again; just not Tuesday. Would love either curries or winter warmers or both.

Nikki and Nerissa have just release some more cooking classes. There is curries, brunches and winter Warmers. It's Fridays this time. If anyone would like the dates I'm sure they wouldn't mind me putting them on here.
If anyone SOR wants to come to Curries or Winter Warmers I will be going and am happy to drive you. I won't be going to Brunches as I hope to be away.
There are some Saturday classes now too, for the week day workers.

Perth ladies, Nikki and Nerissa are having a curry day this Friday. If anyone SOR would like to go Katj and I are going and I am happy to take you. We would leave my place around 9.30am and be back in the middle of the afternoon.

A lovely offer Cookie.  I am itching to attend one of their classes  and curry would be terrific, but Friday is my DD's Birthday.  You will both have fun( don't go too fast in your Mean red machine!).

Katj, Troupie and I went to Nikki and Nerissa's Curries day today. It was delicious. They are both clever ladies.  The menu was Chai Cake with Ginger Cream Cheese Icing and Pomegranite Syrup with tea or coffee to start. This was amazing.
Our demonstrations and lunch was Rogan Josh Curry Beef, Chicken Rendang, Stir Fry Vegies with Green Curry Sauce, Roti, Kashmiri Rice, normal rice, and for sweets Rose Tea Icecream with Toasted Pistachios smashed up.

As usual the recipes are ones that I can't wait to try.
