Gosh this looks yummy will have to put this on my list. I wonder if I can make without sourdough starter if not will have to get some started

Thanks cookie it worked, after two days I bought it inside as it was bubbling away, gave it a feed, here it is this morning before I transferred it to a bowl, it had out grown the large jar I had it in.
How long do you think I should keep feeding it before it's ready to use.

I think after 7 days you can use your sourdough starter

Jeninwa have a read of the very first page of Chookie's All About Sourdough. That will tell you.

I have read chookie's page on sourdough, think this warm weather might be why it's so active I'll feed it for a few more days before I make some bread.
