If you really want to make your friends see and understand what a terrific machine you have, what recipes do you pull out?

I like my prawn crepes for visitors.  If you have guests that don't eat seafood (there's always one) then you could use the Honey Mustard Chicken recipe as the filling instead.

My chicken & leek filo pie went down really well.

Nico's Thai Chilli Chicken & Basil is always a winner.

Proscuitto rolled chicken breast in cream sauce is excellent.

Creamy Garlic Prawn Risotto is a real winner.

Make the most of every day, you never know what is around the corner.

I usually impress with a nice salad, there are lots to choose from on here. A couple of my favourites are Brown Rice Salad, or Pear and Walnut salad. I nearly always try to impress with some home made bread. I love making bread and it is so easy to impress with fresh rolls or a fancy bread. My most difficult to prepare bread was Sunflower Bread. I'm sorry I'm having trouble linking on my iPad.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
