Gert that roll looks scrumptious.

DJ, they would be lovely pop in the mouth rolls.

Here is the pic of the mini rolls for the fundraiser.
Used nigella seeds, sesame, poppy, fennel or plain salt and black pepper on the top.

Wow! DJ! What a fabulous effort ! How many did you end up making.. and how long did that take you?  Inspirational!! :)

Gert, all your rolls, etc. also look great! Do you freeze them?

Don't know whether it helps anyone but I recently ordered a bread tin from Williams Sonoma $38. Unfortunately delivery was $12 but a friend wanted something as well so deliveries over $100 were free.

Thanks Goldfish for asking, it did take a while... I did x2 quantity in two batches, using a whole bag of flour, it took most of the evening and I was rolling them in my sleep after. Each roll was around 12-14 gram dough.
Topped with one of: fennel seeds, salt and pepper, poppy seeds, nigella or sesame seeds.

Supposed to be Elizabethan Manchet. The whole Elizabethan evening of music and dance and food and drink raised £1000 for Oxfam disaster fund.
