Thanks CP,  but I would much rather have a second bowl.

Does anyone know how long it should take to arrive in Melbourne once it's been dispatched?
My consultant told me a week and a half ago that it had been dispatched and should arrive within a few days, but i'm still eagerly waiting
I hope it hasn't run off looking to make baby thermies with Wonder's walkabout one  ;)

Mine took exactly a week from it being picked till my consultant picking it up at the post office.

I'm going to keep taking the 31 away with me. No need for a new bag then.

I took delivery of my new TM5 today! I was a bit iffy, but I love it already.
I made Spicy Moroccan Lentil Soup & it was so nice.
I have loved my TM31, but just yesterday as I was using it, it didn't sound quite right. It sounded as though it was labouring & I was only making apple sauce. My consultant had a listen & thought the same. She'll let me know what I should do after she's spoken to the repair guys &/or head office.
I hope it will be ok as I've promised it to my daughter. Anyway seems like good timing to get a brand new model. I feel justified in getting a new one ;)

I love mine too, it's just a nuisance that it needs at tweak at the hospital to stop it shutting off all the time. Nothing major apparently.

I have almost forgotten about the 31. The GC are coming next week so will give them another lesson on it and then send it home with them.  They can teach their mother. They already have made bread and lemon butter in it.  Next soup and custard.

I was impressed to hear from Thermomix this morning, & after a blade test, the diagnosis was a separated blade. Luckily I had a 2nd bowl & when I tried the newish blade my Thermie sounded normal again. My daughter will be getting a great machine after all :)
