My husband is really taking to using the TM5. He had the day off and I unexpectedly came home to a TMX dinner. He used both guided cooking and more impressively the Internet to make some dishes for a Mexican styled meal. I was happily surprised.. usually he is in charge of meat on the BBQ and making salad from a packet. I heard his son talking about my last demo and he said to his Dad as soon as I have a spare $2000 I am buying one too...clearly blokes find this style of cooking quite accessible.

Essie,  that is great.  Yesterday was talking to a car salesman who has a 5.   I was really surprised at what he was cooking.  Cinnamon scrolls, spaghetti Bol, and meat balls. His 4 year old son loves the machine and pulls up a stool to watch it work.

I have the TM31 and my husband uses it  quite often. Maybe I should upgrade, he may want to use it even more!

I think I might be the first TM5 casualty - I was quickly wiping out the bowl yesterday monring after making my smoothie which is something I do every day and the blades put a decent cut in my finger. They are obviously a lot sharper than even the new blades I got earlier this year.

Also, my consultant sent me a text this morning to say my original machine has shown up at the post office. 3 weeks after it was sent from about 25km away!!

The machine showing up is unbelievable Wonder. I haven't cut myself but the blades are certainly sharper, I've come close a few times.

Speaking to someone today who also cut finger on blades.  Mine tried to poke a hole in my finger.

Does anyone know how long it should take to arrive in Melbourne once it's been dispatched?
My consultant told me a week and a half ago that it had been dispatched and should arrive within a few days, but i'm still eagerly waiting
I hope it hasn't run off looking to make baby thermies with Wonder's walkabout one  ;)
