Welcome Juliette. I can imagine your excitement. I wonder if you have it yet.

Hi and welcome to the Forum Juliette.  I just saw that you are making bread in your TMX.  You certainly jumped in boots and all right from the start.  My first attempt was potato and leek soup.  I took some time to get my head around bread.  Mind you I do it all the time now. Looking forward to hearing more from you and let us know how that loaf turns out.
You haven't failed at anything until you stop trying.

I made sorbet with my delivery demo but if I knew then what I know now it would have been something more substantial  ;D  After the consultant left, I just looked at the machine for a few days.  No confidence whatsoever.  That was almost 6 years ago, thank goodness I now know what I'm doing.

Straight into bread making, well done Juliette.
