Name of Recipe: Omelette with potatoes

200g peeled potatoes, diced
70g crème fraiche or sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
Put potatoes into the TM basket, keep aside. Place the tray in varoma, line it with baking paper which has been wetted and well wrung out, put aside.
Put in the TM bowl the eggs and crème fraiche, salt and pepper, mix for 10 seconds at speed 4. Pour into a pouring jug and clean the TM bowl.
Pour the water into the TM bowl. Place basket in TM bowl and position Varoma, pour the omelette mixture onto the lined tray and cook 15 minutes at Varoma temperature on speed 1.
Turn the cooked omelette onto the lid of the Varoma, remove the baking paper and then return the omelette into the Varoma tray. Reposition Varoma and cook for 5 minutes at Varoma temperature on speed 2.
Serve the omelette with potatoes and a scattering of chives.
