Made Judy's Moroccan Sausages for dinner tonight.

I lightly fried my sausages on the stove rather than steam them and left out the chick peas as DH doesn't like them.  Then continued with the recipe and added the sausages at the end.  A very nice meal suitable for this cold weather.

Thanks for that Judy.  I just don't seem to be able to work out these links no matter how much I try.

Not wanting to miss out on the fun, I made the Irish brown yeast bread too. Very easy. Very moorish.

A waste of good ingredients.   Perhaps others have made it and didn't want to comment?

The one good thing Chookie is that it is rare to see a comment like that.  I guess that's what we all love about this forum. Usually reliable recipes.

That was disappointing Chookie.

I was given two large pumpkins at the weekend so thought I would give Uni's recipe for Tony's Pumpkin Jam a try.

I made it exactly as the recipe said.  The texture is a little grainier than fruit jam but it's lovely and thick and doesn't taste at all like pumpkin.  I used ordinary Queensland Blue pumpkin.  This would be good in jam tarts etc
