Beetroot brownies
« on: June 30, 2014, 07:10:28 am »
These are the Beetroot Brownies that DD made. They are absolutely delicious. She reduced the sugar by about 40g and used 70% Lindt chocolate. She blitzed the Beetroot in the thermomix. The recipe is from Taste.com.au

I've always been curious about making beetroot brownies and haven't tried it yet.

Can you taste the beetroot in it? I love beetroot (well the tinned sliced stuff lol) and wouldnt mind if you can taste it.

I hope you like them. I loved the Beetroot and Cheddar loaf I made.
