Fast and Easy Cooking: Quiche Lorraine page 96
« on: June 10, 2014, 07:21:52 pm »
This is a very good recipe for Quiche Lorraine, we loved it.I made the rich shortcrust pastry to line my flan tin.Didn't bake blind the pastry case, just preheated a baking tray then placed the Quiche on the hot baking tray to cook for 45mins fan oven 160c.I only seasoned with pepper as the bacon and cheese are salty.

Lovely CC. We had this a few weeks ago and it's one of our favourites now. The rich pastry is really nice and worth making.

I love all sorts of quiche type things. I haven't tried this particular recipe yet, so I will do so.
