Hello

I'm back.  I couldn't understand why I kept being told that my username didn't exist!  All's well that ends well. :-)

Lovely to have you back as a member Annie. We all make mistakes, and I have done exactly the same a couple of times.  :-\

It is easily done I know.  :D I moderate a forum and once managed to delete an entire section when  chatting on the phone and trying to delete some very rude spam.  Multi tasking is beyond me!

Where to start?  Fruit sorbet and asparagus rissotto  take my fancy .  I've also ordered the Gluten Free  cook book  and have been stocking up on all sorts of weird and wonderful grains as I want to  make my own gf bread.

Well, it's here!  I made the sorbet and risotto which were absolutely amazing.  I also made some  non gf bread for the family and they said it was lovely, so all in all I'm very pleased.
