Another newbie from WA!

I've been reading through the posts in this forum for weeks now in anticipation! I've just found out my TMX is being delivered tomorrow and I CAN NOT WAIT!!

I haven't been to a demo, but my friends have been talking it up for months so I jumped the gun and bought one.
I have 2 beautiful kids under 3, I work part time and my husband works FIFO so I am hoping this will make my life that little bit easier! My 3 year old is an extremely fussy eater (chicken nuggets and polony sandwiches anyone?) so I'm looking forward to sneaking some good food in wherever I can!

Hello gnooshie, welcome ro the forum.  We can sense your excitement and you are going to have some very happy kids with all the wonderful recipes on here.  Check out our kids section for some ideas and please do let us know what they think of real nuggets and not bought ones.

I'm in LOVE!

Went for something basic and made the Veggie Stock and some Pumpkin Soup.. AMAZING!

Going to try my hand at some risotto tonight :)
