I thought I should probably introduce myself!  :)

Im Peta and I have had my tmx for just over a year. Im not madly in love with it just yet as Im still learning but I am enjoying all the experiments and some of the things I can make easily and quickly like dough, food prep, treats for the kiddies. Im starting to think I would be lost without it for some things.

Hi Peta,
Thanks for sending me the pdf of varoma recipes. I use my thermie all the time but very rarely use the varoma so i am hoping to be inspired.
I do love my thermie and this forum is why.  I am sure you will find the same.

Hi Peta and welcome. After being on here for a while you will love your TMX. I think I loved mine 10 minutes into my DDs demo but certainly love all the help from the members of this forum. Many thanks for sending me the pdf of your varoma book.

If there is anyone who hasn't already checked out The Road to Loving my Thermomix (it's so famous even the acronym will work on google and Pinterest TRTLMT), it's great!!!!
