This was very simple to make. It is very thick and velvety when it finishes cooking. The only challenging part was breading it up after freezing overnight when it's time to serve. I ended up breaking one of the tupperware containers I had it in and that's after leaving it out for 10 mins to soften.

Tastes delicious though and is vegan so suitble for those who are are dairy free and egg free. Great texture.
