Review - Curried almonds CFM&Y Page 9

I actually used the 3 tsps curry powder for this recipe.  I thought they would be too hot but no, just right and very moorish.  I didn't make the curry powder from the book as I already had a jar of home made Madras curry powder. A good one for gift baskets.  As suggested, I sprinkled it on the Spicy Cauliflower Soup recipe on Pge 25.

It's after 9pm here Chookie so I just plated it up for the photo and had 1 spoonful - yes it was nice.

Judy you are a MKR plating it up for the photo. Thank you. The almonds sound lovely.
I roasted some peanuts today using Chookie's method in the AF. Lovely.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
