I think so Mich. rainbow I have just downloaded this issue and I agree it is certainly the best so far. Oil pulling has me fascinated.

Sounds interesting. I'll have to check it out when I get home. Wireless signal is virtually non existent here in Lower King.
I've tried oil pulling. I don't know that I would do it again.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

It doesn't sound very pleasant MJ. I'm not sure if I would be able to do it.

I've had this page bookmarked since I read it, intending to give it a go but haven't got around to it yet.  :P

Sounds a bit gross. Don't think I could handle doing that for 15 minutes. Will be interested in your results Julie.  :D

I did a 10 day oil pulling cleanse but I can't say I noticed any difference.

On the other hand, I did notice a difference having lemon water each morning. After two weeks I noticed the skin on my face looking fantastic!

I have heard about this app too but think our ipad (being the original one) won't be able to download it.

Interesting might try this when I get home.

Tasty what did you do with the lemon water?
