Rye Bread KIS pge 40
« on: December 23, 2013, 01:37:37 am »
Have made this twice now. One as per the recipe, and the other in my tin. Both worked out great, I just find the tin is easier to cut for toast  as it comes out higher. Good texture, nice taste. DD1 says its the best rye bread she has tasted.

I made this yesterday. It is truly lovely. I followed your advice CP and put it into a tin. It rose very quickly and is light for a rye bread. DD 1 is correct CP. It's lovely.
