Review of Chicken & Pumpkin Couscous Baby & Toddler Book
« on: October 09, 2013, 11:58:23 pm »
Hey guys,

I couldn't find a review for this recipe "Chicken and Pumpkin Couscous" pg 115

I made this last night and it was such a hit with my 21 month old son. I included 2 tbsp of Italian parsley at the end and used EC vegetable stock 0.5 tbsp with 200ml of water instead of the recommended stock. My little man can be quite fussy with his vegetables but he happily gobbled down the pieces of pumpkin - this will be a regular in our household :)

Thanks for that review finitey. I don't have a small one but I am glad your little one enjoyed it.

finitey, what did you think of it? I don't have a grandchild yet, but DD is due in March. I have the book as so many people had recommended it on here.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
