Review White Chocolate & Cranberry Cookies Pge 205 QFEC.
« on: October 03, 2013, 10:34:24 am »
I made these last week for visitors and also for my son to take on camp.    I didn't have white chocolate chips so used dark chocolate and also added less Cranberries (as didn't have the full amount) and less chocolate chips. I also left them in a little longer than the 12 mins. While I didn't have one both my visitors and son assure me they were great so will definitely make again.

Made these today to take to my hairdressers this afternoon. Tasted one which was very nice. I used dried cherries instead of cranberries.

They look delicious. I adore dried cherries but find them hard to buy round here.

I picked some dried cherries up from the pantry man cookie, don't know if you have one of them local.

Chookie, I get mine from here (from WA)  they only charge a flat rate of $3.50 for any amount of goods you order and very fast postage.

Kyton, they do look nice (off to look at the recipe) :)

I buy mine at Costco when we do our two-monthly visits to Sydney.

We don't have a pantry man anywhere near Bedlam. I should do an order for 2brothersfoods.
