Yes I have several people interested. Just ordered some bird toys today so I can get into it. I do enjoy building things. I think the challenge is exciting.

Thanks Gert for organising the dinner menu looks good.

Well we have finally sorted out our Tassie trip & booked accomodation, our driving holiday will take in:
Ballarat - 1 night - visiting friends
Ferry - overnight
Burnie - 2 nights - staying with SIL parents
Hobart - 3 nights - forum fest
Bicheno - 2 nights
St Helens - 2 nights
Tamar Valley - 2 nights (near Launceston)
Ferry - overnight
Ararat - 1 night

Count down is on & pretty close to saying see you all this month 😄

Thanks Gert, lunch sounds good.  You don't have to book apparently so it's something we could do if nothing else is suggested.  I believe the chap that runs these trips also has a double decker bus which does city tours.

It was a chance comment from a neighbour whose cruise ship called in there a couple of years back.  They were only there for the day so this was a great option for them, they did the bus tour too.  Glad you all think it's a good idea girls, maybe we could check it out once we all arrive.  I don't think we are far from where all the boat trips leave.

It's about a 5 min walk to franklin wharf JD from the hotel.
