Recipe Review - Fruit Smoothie - Baby & Toddler Book
« on: August 20, 2013, 03:24:31 pm »
Decided to give this a go instead of my regular smoothie which my toddler loves to share with me and also to use up some of the wheatgerm I had purchased for another recipe I have made from this book.

I only used bananas for the fruit and regular milk and no silken tofu, since it was optional.

My toddler daughter LOVED it and did not want to wait for me to take photos. She consumed it so quickly and asked for more so definitely making this again. Maybe it also has to do with the fact that I used this cup and straw (see photo).

Here is a photo of the smoothie:

Tasty, I am loving your reviews.  It must be fun test-driving the recipes with your daughter.

Sure is. I get bored of recipes easily and am making it a point to try new recipes and not just say that I will in the future, although I have a long list that I have found on the Internet.

My youngest one is almost 6 months old so I'll be trying those recipes soon too.
