I made these today for the kids (& husband) for lunch and they demolished the whole lot!! My kids are 10,8,6 & 4 and have delayed they will never eat any other type of nuggets!!

Thanks so much for opting this - definately one of the reasons I purchased my TMX was to give my kids healthy alternatives.

Am going to make these tonight and freeze them for the weekend. They sound very yummy.
I'm not very confident with the varoma and this might be a good place to start.

Hi, this recipe hasn't been discussed for a while, but I've just made them to take to a kinder picnic this evening. I was looking for some finger food to take to a picnic and these were perfect! I made some honey mustard mayonnaise as a dipping sauce to go with them and everyone loved them! (I as hoping there would be a few left over for lunch tomorrow, but sadly not!)

I've saved this recipe and will be making again! Great for lunch boxes too!

Thanks for the recipe!

I made a batch of these some time ago and with 2 rolls left, I decided to try using it in different ways other than for chicken nuggets.  Today I used half a roll for half a batch of Chicken Cacciatore risotto (just diced it & added it at the end with 1.5 mins to go to heat through).  The other half I will use for sandwiches.  So handy to have in the freezer.

Changed my mind, made chicken nuggets but coated them with philly cream cheese then dipped them into a lovely dukkah that was in our goody bag from the Adelaide thermofest (Mf's contribution).  A small piece left for a chicken sandwich tomorrow.
