Review of Eggs Fu Yung pge 147 Baby & Toddler Book

Did half this recipe for my tea tonight and followed the recipe to a T -  I enjoyed them and I'm sure the kids would like these too. It's a great way to hide some vegies they may not normally eat but is a very basic eggs fu yung recipe compared to those found on line so for adults I would probably leave the vegies in bigger pieces and add some prawns too  ;D

I hadn't heard of this recipe before and had no idea what they were supposed to be or look like but I thought I'd give them a whirl and see what my daughter (who is just under 2) would think of them. She LOVED them for breakfast! She loved eating them herself and was constantly asking for more!

They are quite tasty. I prefer them with just salt instead of the tamari.
